My first taste of Pad Thai (a Thai national delicacy) on a great hair day. It is a dish of stir-fried noodles with eggs, seafood meat, some veggies then mixed with crushed peanuts and dried chilli to taste.

To quote my 4-year old teddy,”This is so very very yummy!”

I loved it so much that I skipped all airplane food and snacked on my Pad Thai leftover.

It is true. In-flight food will make you fat faster than fresh-cooked ones.
