Manila in the 60s.

Manila in the 60s.

I was browsing through Isabelle Daza’s Instagram and found this. How different the Pasig River looked then compared to the stinky, lifeless water that it is now. And look at the women looking chic and fabulous in those classic dresses and puffy hair! It would be priceless to be able to play dress up and walk the streets of Ayala without sticking out like a sore thumb. Ahhhh…I think my heart just died a little inside. Gone are the glory days, aren’t they? And they are never coming back. 😥

Note: In Port Louis, Mauritius right now and waiting impatiently for the breakfast buffet to open. I have decided to pay for my Internet 2 hours ago because there is a very dark and unlit hallway between my room and the free Internet at the lobby. Heheheh.
